The Preakness Stakes features the 2015 Kentucky Derby winner American Pharoah, who attempts Triple Crown greatness for trainer Bob Baffert. This year’s Preakness Stakes has eight talented horses in the Pimlico starting gate with American Pharoah as the morning line favorite with 4-5 odds. The Preakness Stakes, worth $1,500,000, is run at 1 3/16 miles and is the middle jewel of the Triple Crown.
