With Saturday being part of opening weekend at Saratoga and the Fashion Saturday event, you will definitely want to look fashion-forward and chic. Try bright florals. This season’s florals went well beyond muted pastels; these florals are bright red and cobalt blue or even neon. Some florals are even mixed with graphic prints or are featured with summer-inspired Hawaiian and palm frond motifs. Florals are classic race day patterns, making it perfect for both race day and the fashion competition at Saratoga, but at the same time you will stand out and go beyond tradition in this season’s more punched-up florals.
For the truly fashion-forward, pair your florals with stripes for a pattern mixture that is very on-trend. Just choose stripes that pick up on one of the colors in your floral pattern.
Your floral looks will be sure to grab the judges’ attention at Saratoga and will also be perfect for enjoying the Diana Stakes!
