Since it will most likely be chilly wherever you choose to enjoy the Busanda Stakes at Aqueduct, make sure to stay warm in one of winter’s major trends, wearing knits head to toe. Try a short sleeve sweater dress paired with a stylish down coat. You can also wear long sleeve sweater dress versions as well. If you don’t like the look of knit wear, you can still get in on the trend by wearing a patterned sweater dress. You will get all the comfy cozy feel of a knit but it will look like regular print fabric. Try a collared polka dot dress, or a striped sleeveless dress with pleated skirt.

If you feel uncomfortable in head to toe knit then you can still get in on the trend. Try a knit wrap and belt it around your waist to make it look almost like a dress. Try an on trend thick waisted belt. You can also try knit wear separates like a turtleneck or hounds tooth printed knit skirt.

To complete your Busanda Stakes look add a pair of tights. Just make sure they are not sheer or light. You need a thick tight to stand up to your heavy knit fabrics. You can even try tights with ribbing to mimic a knit fabric. Make sure to top off your look with a headpiece that is also sturdier or in a heavier fabric as well. Try a great felt topper like a cloche. You are sure to stay warm and look stylish at Aqueduct in your on trend knitwear!
